Pretty good. One confusion is that it doesn't use the account from the normal web portal (a shame). You must "create" a "new" username/pw to use this app (note: just recreate the exact same username/pw as the web portal). That aside the app is good. The UI is attractively modern. The front screen is wonderful at visualizing your loan. Other interactive screens illustrate the positive effect of early payments. There are payment screens as well I will review later. Currently locked. Loan too new.

This app is complete trash. New American Funding put the wrong bank account number on my account when I closed, now there are SIX of the same checking account I can choose to pay from, but at least one of them is wrong, and I can't update them in the app. Automatic payments don't show up in the app for days, I can get my password because it says my SSN is wrong. NAF was great during the loan process but actually paying your mortgage will be a nightmare.

Update: I didn't think the app could get worse, but it somehow has. After their update I can download the app to my phone but I can't open it or even find it. The only reason I know it is on my phone is because the app store only gives me the option to uninstall. This app sucks. It locks me out of my account constantly to where I can't even sign in anymore. I have had to call and have the password reset only for it to lock me out as soon as I reset it and try to log back in.
