I just received my NuSkin Renu Spa & downloaded the app on Samsung Galaxy ZFold3. I checked to make sure my Bluetooth was on. I went into the app after installing & 1st page shows wanting me to choose country & language which it was already set. I hit continue & it showed 3 ads. The last ad said let's get started. I clicked on that & all it brought up was a gal with dark long hair & white tank top. Nothing else on page to click on. No sign in page for NuSkin Vera. App doesn't wrk. Disappointed!

When trying to go back and use the app to use my saved routing, it won't recognize the device. I tried every troubleshooting suggestion that was given. I would be nice if the Device Settings in the app were able to be found. I cannot find any settings anywhere in the app. The app needs a lot of work!

UPDATE 9/21: Thank you NuSkin for responding to my reach out. You have been incredible and resolving this issue. And yes as of today my app fully works! It's amazing! Thank you again! ------ Super frustrated that as a brand rep I can't use the skin consultation and app on my galaxy phone. I can't even show my customers how to use it. Disappointing.
