Ratings and reviews

VERY behind the times. No features to view contributions in, and money sources. No features to do rolloverovers out or into the plan. No simple click features to contact company via email (there is one to contact their 800#). No chat feature.. Very basic features available: view balance, overall performance not performance per fund, ability to change contribution amount and investment options and that's about it. No place to review statements. VERY BEHING THE TIMES

App stinks.. try and do anything on it and you get kicked out for unexpected error. Mentioned to company ans are aware, saying still being fixed for months now.

I waited years for you to finally come out with an app because checking anything on your website is nearly unbearable. Now that you have an app I STILL need to go to your website to see my gains and losses...Which involves running a report...By date. All I want is a chart. A bar chart. A line chart. Something that shows growth. Is that really too much to ask? It's really too hard for you to show me visually what my contributions, my gains or losses, and future goals LOOK like? Get it together.
