Overall the software works fairly well, though my anafi did drop out of the sky (luckily from about 5 feet on soft grass) when switched from film mode to sport mode. I was happy when Parrot dropped the app purchases to .$.99 each. Update: After flying for about a month, I have come to conclude that overall the drone works well but the software or firmware on the drone itself is still buggy. The one area that drives me crazy is the "SD card error" that I get all the time no matter what SD card I use (I've tried 3 different cards now from 3 different manufacturers). I don't know if this is a fault of the app or the firmware on the controller or the drone itself, but I find it odd there have been 0 updates for the app, the controller, or the Anafi in about a month now. That seems odd considering it's such a new product.

The MP4 format should work fine on all devices and we never received a report regarding an issue of this sort.
Can you check on another IOS device to test if the same issue exists?

Great drone, terrible software, slow customer support. I bought this drone a little over a year ago. Everything was just as expected, and then some. Over the course of a few updates though it got worse. In flight plan mode it stops at every waypoint when initially it didn't both with the option on & off, follow me stopped following me, and more. Then I tried to get the camera repaired under warranty because of a few dead pixels I found, they only replied once to my email then radio silence.

Too bad I have to rate so low. Really like the drone, but the app is pretty buggy. Doesn't always record flights, have had fun coming up with a flight plan, but can't get flight plan to execute. I press the play arrow/button and the drone hovers, as if there wasn't a flight plan. All other modes work. Also have message that there's no sd card inserted but there is (video on YouTube). Odd stuff. Hope you get it all sorted out.
