the app was easy to use as far as connecting to the cleaner. I like the idea of using it with my finger or just tilting phone. It works but reacts slow and I was never sure which way to tilt phone to get cleaner to go where I wanted to. Finally got it to go where I wanted, but still not sure how.lol Guess I just need to practice with it. I have only had cleaner for few days but so far I really like it. My other cleaner lasted 6 years and would do pool in 4 hrs. This cleaner does pool in 2 hrs.

App has no instructions. Only feature is to manually navigate the cleaner using a joystick on the screen. Forward and backward respond quickly. Left and right is slow, because the tank belts zig zag back and forth to move the robot left and right, not a true turn. If you push the joystick to the outer edge and hold it, your phone vibrates, a warning you are pushing the power supply too hard and to back off. You speed up the bot the further you push the joystick from center.

Not liking the pentar prowler 930 for my true El I ground pool. The app is terrible gives no no info just tells you that the vacuum is on its 2 hour cleaning cycle. The vacuum itstelf has a hard time picking up any debris that is in the pool when I put it in manual mode I have to run over the dirt already 6 times before it cleans it up. It cant clean in any corners or slopes. And the most disappointing part is this vacuum is not a smart vacuum so it just randomly goes around the pool.
