Every time I try to book an e-Appointment for my car service, it’s like the app just laughs and says "booking failed." What’s the point of this app if I still need to call the service center manually? It’s quicker to just drive there and beg for an appointment. Please, either fix the app or rename it to "UCallUsFirst"!

rubbish app. 1st experience is already a bad one. when i pay my booking fees and i checked online banking, nothing pops out. I closed the app and restarted it, the payment link died. i need to msg my SA to send me a new payment link. secondly, to sign the confirmation, again the app failed to register and locked me out. i need to contact the SA again. which genius designed the app this way??? how stupid

Only managed to access the app ONCE. When trying to use some of the features here, the standard error message is "Internet connection error. Please check the network icon (or wireless connection setting) to see if you have internet access and retry later." And yet I'm able to stream 4K/HD on the same connections with minimum of 4G+ if not 5G on mobile data. Your app developer is missing a number of lines on checking for internet availability and state. Fire them or hire me!
