Update 2021/01/30: Yes, the clock on the camera is in a different time zone than the smartphone no matter how you change settings/flash firmware. When in Cloud Services screen can see upgrade plans available, but can't select one and upgrade. A window pops up and displays can't buy' with an explanation in broken english. Really? They don't want me to upgrade and charge me more money? It's been like this for months. No clock fix, can't upgrade, so are they just abandoning the app and leaving it out to make money before we finally go elsewhere? it WAS better than the Reolink app, but now just getting more annoying. Thank God it records to SD so I can rely that my videos will be saved somewhere if not the cloud. Downgrading to 3 stars. Like it better than Reolink app!

Update. The new update has improved as prevoiusly stated very convenient app. No need to subscribe for Cloud services if I dont need. Can watch my property and pets when needed. The drawbacks I have are at times the camera needs to be reset because of inactivity or the cam will suddenly disconnect and the SD card does not reformat as indicated. Please fix the issues. This is a valuable app.

This has been so useful to me. I had a little problem with the camera not recognizing the memory card and support was very fast to respond. The camera works just fine for my needs. I recommend this for anyone needing simple security cameras. 11/26/19 it's been a month and no problems. I did not continue with the cloud storage but can access info from the memory card. I have the camera on my window sill and it spins its little head around and looks out the window if there is movement. Too cute!
