Smart Request is an application intended for internal customers as well as visitors, whether connected or not.
It facilitates the creation and monitoring of requests for interventions and services for all building users, anywhere and at any time.
Smart Request is connected in real time to SamFM but also to the technician's application: Smart'Sam, as well as to that of the supervisor: Smart Monitoring.
The monitoring of requests is therefore optimal and each actor has the information they need so that the request is resolved in the best conditions.
The advantages of Smart Request:
