App does NOT work properly. We have to constantly refresh the app or we will never know if a guest has requested their vehicle. This makes the team look bad and hurts our tips! I've installed it on 2 phones and a tablet with the same results! Also, they now block out the phone number so we can no longer see where our mistake was if they didn't get a text. We have to delete and type in the whole phone number now! Just got a brand new S25 and this app keeps closing and says it has a bug! 0 stars!

The app just went through an update today and everything was running smooth until hour 4 after the update where the app has logged me out of my location and refuses to allow me access so now I cannot see my hotels inventory or even get requests making my job 100x harder if this doesn't get fixed the app is useless will change my review if issue is resolved

From PMC "Amanda" - "Our app is for internal use only. If you are trying to pay for parking in one of our lots, you would scan the QR code or text the code on the sign on the lot to pay for parking." Real confusion. App won't accept a password anyway so I'll try to avoid PMC at all costs. Really ridiculous
