The worst possible app for buying insurance.. it's been three months since the car claim was initiated and is still pending for approval. The only thing they are good at it is calling you every day and wasting your time without doing any actual service on ground. They are just nuisance value between customers and insurance company..

Nice This is a fantastic app, but it if you many more time notification. However, it doesn't always let you read a message that was accidentally deleted. Sometimes it just links instead of saving a putting it into a folder for you, so I took another star because it stopped updating certain apps after awhile. I verified in settings it was turned on There's an option to password protect your app. However then all that showed was a blank screen and smooth turned on since I reinstalled and uninstall

Absolute miserable experience. I tried renewing my two wheeler insurance through this app, and paid the premium and got to point where you upload documents. As the documents didnt work, i tried refreshing the tab and it didnt work. When I opened the app again there was no history of the transaction or policy I had paid for. I tried repeatedly to reach their customer service but they wouldnt pick up in a million years. Frustrating!
