Horrible! Submitted everything that was required and then was told my bank statement was too new (which it was not, submitted exactly what was asked) . Bank statement continuously kept getting kicked back due to error which was weird. Kept submitting then was told I have 48 hours to submit again that was yesterday then an hour later got a email saying after review we cannot approve your loan request and I cannot appeal. This is especially frustrating because this company has all my info. Scam

Sba helped fill out forms but couldn't get a bank to except application for my business. Claim I was approved but count not open the so called approved email. Received 0. And charged me taxes on income I never received

Couldn't get a loan as an independent contractor. Poor communication available....took weeks to get any response. I felt like my information has been stolen during the pandemic.
