About this app

Elari is the app for your business spending. You use it if your organisation works with Elari.
What you can do:
- Submit expense claims. Take a photo of your receipt in the app and the app fills in the rest.
- Review and approve invoices with a single tap.
- Review purchase requests, view orders and register goods received.
- Manage your card. Check your balance, limits and transactions, and add your card to your wallet.
- Confirm online payments directly from your dashboard.
- Pay with iDEAL, without switching to your banking app or scanning a QR code.

The app and the web environment are fully in sync.

Was this called Spend Cloud before?
Since 1 October 2026, both Visma | ProActive and Spend Cloud have been called Elari. Same company, same software, same login details.
