Sent a request but hit "submit" too soon. Wanted to include a photo. Tried to add another comment with my photo but when I click on the camera icon, it just says "no image available" and doesn't let me select (or take) a photo and it also completely stops responding so I cannot even close the page. I have to close the app from my system menu then reopen it again and still can't add a photo. Tried 3 times. Please fix.

This is a nice idea but lacking in execution of the app itself. When I have reported issues the city has been responsive. However the app has two things I see that need work. One pictures won't upload. I've tried several times. Two, some of the items in the request selection tree are not well defined to the average person, such as what exactly is 'Vacant Lot Encroachment' . Additional definitions of what items are would be helpful.

Port Saint Lucie Florida government app. Easy to report code enforement issues. The location is difficult to change it is fixed on gps and when you are not standing in front of specific location. There are many more updates in this app report requests, contacting all the government offices, community event and paying bills. The location map must be fixed to select addresses on the map. The speech function for inputting address works very well.
