I keep hoping they'll fix the app so it works like it did for the 1st year I had it, where I could minimize the screen & continue watching while I did another task on the phone but it's actually gotten way worse. Not only can I not continue to watch while minimized but now if I pause it & the screen goes to sleep it starts me from the beginning.

it has an auto rotate feature which is quite the major annoyance and bypasses the auto rotate in-phone setting. that's the first thing noticed, slides just keep changing when not intended to change the news slide. it just kind of automatically moves to the next news article when touch is present, another anoyance I like TMZ , so I gave it a 2. the app is really annoying tho. 🤣

Tmz as a product is great. I've tried 5 phones that were not a PIXEL, SAMSUNG. None received NOTIFICATIONS. Phones not working: Oppo, Xiaomi, Nothing phone, Honor. The Most the Chinese phones have several problems with the app like not being able to access home or sports only alerts tab will work. Honor and Nothing phone app works correctly. Problem is all these phones that I mentioned none of them send notifications. Notifications are enabled I clicked on settings in the app and still nothing.
