Two stars from the perspective of actually having an app versus my previous lender, but here's a suggestion that should be glaringly obvious: biometric/fingerprint access should not reset any more frequently than a mortgage billing cycle. That's one month. Any shorter and it totally defeats the purpose of the biometric option. Just like any other financial institution nowadays, I won't be holding my breath for this "oversight" to be resolved.

App is extremely buggy. Fingerprint login does not work. Makes you reset password constantly. The user experience is very poor and frustrating to use. It needs to be updated and fixed.

I've been with several mortgage lenders over the years. Round point Mortgage is by by far the worst one. They have screwed up insurance and escrow payments multiple times with their imcopetence. This app just give them a new platform to infuriate their customers.
