Needs serious work. Ever since the last update back in March, every time I try to log in, I get messages that the connection is slow even if I have full 4G service and will only go all the way through to my accounts page about half the time after multiple attempts. Once in, everything works fine so it seems to be an issue with their sign in process. It seems like a common issue looking at reviews so it really should be addressed.

The last major update really improved the app. Provides the information I need about my account and can make transfers. Also lets me filter the transactions making it more user friendly. Haven't tried the deposit checks feature but that is a big plus too. Sometimes I have an issue logging on with my fingerprint after not logging on in a while; takes a bit longer or have to use password but then works again. Overall works very well, and I'm happy.

I like using the app, but can the android version not get an update like the iphone?? You can sign in with fingerprint and other stuff on the iPhone.... Come on Red River! This is the only banking app that I have to log into EVERY SINGLE TIME. Update: We finally got the update. It has it moments when it refuses to log in, but it get the job done. Overall happy with the new app!
