Dreadful experience. Stay away. Unable to connect to wifi even though the app says wifi is already connected (even shows the correct ssid). The app is filled with English spelling and grammar mistakes. I wish we never went with SAJ. Terrible UI, it's a complete mistery to me why the app must display random photos of solar powered homes. Also not sure how the app is able to display data for total energy, total income, trees planted, and carbon offset when the app cannot connect to the inverter.

This app is SO confusing and difficult yo understand. Can't find any help guides to explain the screens. Why do the DAY figures go up and up? If you're adding them together. It isn't daily figures!! I'm high intelligence with background in designing & testing apps (but not with electricity) and I'm baffled by this one!

This app has not worked for two weeks , neither have any of the apps for various platforms thus rendering the inverter useless for optimising the power consumption from the solar arrays. SAJ changed the app's software rendering it useless. I have requested my installer to supply me with another manufacturers inverter that can correctly monitor the system it being only 2 months old and d not fit for purpose. The SAJ reply is just PR they are fully conversant with the problem.
