About this app

Use your height to measure the height of other objects!!

Measuring height is important. When your height is measured at the doctor's office, you usually stand next to a device called a stadiometer. A stadiometer is a long ruler attached to the wall. It has a sliding horizontal headpiece that's adjusted to rest on top of your head. It's a quick way of accurately measuring your height.

Tourist can, for the interest measure height of monuments.

Surveyors can measure the height of trees in a site survey.

At Christmas we can measure height of the tree before cutting.

Knowing the height of an object can help you to determine the volume if you know the base area.

Why not take a few steps and point the phone at the objects topmost point to measure? It is fun!!

Really cool and useful app. Calculates height in next to no time. Took me less than a minute in total. Friendly user interface as well. Very useful for building survey (speaking as a valuation surveyor myself) and general household usage to determine heights of objects. Will surely recommend.

good app. However, can you make the option in which the object is not reachable and you need to measure angles from two points and get the distance (d)between those points to calculate the height like H=(d/(Cot a + Cot b) plus user height.

Doesn't work properly, heights completely different each time. And measurements are well off better off using a good old tape measure.
