Ratings and reviews

The app is very very bad. I have complained to your agent several times. When someone is calling you, you won't see the caller/call but you will hear the phone ring. At the end, you won't see the missed call at least to call the person back. Please kindly fix this. This current app is good in everything but these problems made the old app better than this. Please fix this

This particular mysmile app is very bad in call connection. Smile voice app connect fast but you only hear their voice when you, they don't hear me. It's better to maintain 1 app and have a good service than having 2 and all is poor. Do something because our subscription is just put to waste everyday.

They don't make it easy to subscribe from your bank app except coming through their staffs and they charge us , secondly they don't use your phone number as your smile number
