Laggy and not user friendly! I had to wait 30minutes for a phone verification code and when it finally sent they had timed out. Downloading a document was almost impossible. It would not open "take a picture or view picture". Finally after several attempts the file tab opened my picture. I am not sure it downloaded correctly or if the picture got chopped up in their app. I do not know why Carnival changed to this but it is much harder than sending an email. Also Hate using phone for financials.

Initially, after signing in with my Google account, it just says "Oops an error occurred". If I close and reopen the app, it hangs on the splash screen. Edit: seems to be fixed in just a few hours. Quick response time. Now please develop a web interface. I don't want to be forced onto my phone to manage financial stuff.

App does not work on the Galaxy S24+, even after the latest update Whenever I open the app, it says 'this is taking too long'.... I try again and again, yet it keeps showing the same ERROR. It works on the Galaxy S21+ (my old phone) but not on my new S24+ No response from the App authors
