The app is terrible. I am unable to clock in or out no matter what device I attempt to use. There has to be a better or alternative way to clock in or out other than using time sheets. I constantly have to call the agency to have the case worker clock me in on their end. I can be sitting directly in the clients residence & the map will have me in a totally different location. Addresses are not accurate at all. It's completely unacceptable. PLEASE FIX IT.

Hi, try emailing techsupport@clockinclockout.com ask for Roberto, seems you have connectivity issues. What agency are you with, we cannot find you in our system.

Its a non stop problem. Customer service is the worst. I've written lots of emails seeking for help since the web page keeps saying they dont have a certificate therefore is not a secure page to use and is not letting us fix or add employees punches, pull out reports or do absolutely anything! Total nightmare.

Hi please update this negative post, we logged into your computer remotely as a courtesy to you and fixed your cache issue and resolved your browser issue which was the issue and not our end. Thanks.

This app is a nonstop problem. I either can't login, or when I do, I can't logout. I've been having to use timesheets again because my job can't pull data from this app. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the data and cache. Nothing works.

We identified the possible issue that is causing the location tracking in progress issue that disconnects the app. We will be reverting back to the prior version in the meantime.
