"I recently enrolled at Study IQ coaching center. Initially, I was assured that the optional subject would be included with the GS foundation batch, but later they requested an additional fee. Moreover, the optional subject was provided online instead of offline as promised. Additionally, some pre-admission promises were not fulfilled, and the overall quality of the services is not as expected."

"I joined the IB ACIO batch from Study IQ with high expectations, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. The teaching quality was extremely poor, classes were monotonous, and there was no real effort to explain concepts in detail. The content was outdated, superficial, and nowhere near the standard required for a competitive exam like IB ACIO. Notes were poorly structured and doubt-solving was almost non-existent. It felt like the focus was only on selling batches.

Very Poor Experience – No Response to Repeated Complaints I purchased the Computer Awareness batch from Study IQ, and almost all the videos (except the Cyber Security one) have severe audio issues — the voice keeps cutting, making it very difficult to understand the lectures. I have raised this issue multiple times, but there has been no proper response or solution from the support team. It’s frustrating to invest money in a course and then get no help when genuine problems arise.
