Ratings and reviews

This is the only payment app through which one can repay the loan. On searching the loan using phone number they never show the outstanding amount. After making payment no tracing of amount possible. They just show the success messege on an screen and we can't even keep the screenshot of that sceeen. Very adangerous app for making payment. If some wrong happen user have no way to claim the amount.

İ appreciate your hardwork in providing an easy access to customers. Unfortunately, the experience is not well, since the app has a lot of bugs. The below are the problems i came across: 1. The UI doesnt respond properly. 2. The app consumes a lot of time to load, i.e to open in the first place. please note that the app is up to date. 3. When i presses the "Loan repayment" option in the menu, it took more than 5 min, displaying only "Loading". Same with "pay emi". Hope my feedback helps.

If I could gave -5 (minus five)star, then I would definitely give it. Worst experience. Already paid the full loan closure amount. But they didn't settled yet. Although paying all my remaining balance, they debited the emi. I have called the branch many time they are not picking call. Worst experience ever. Guys don't go with Shriram finance. I said never.
