On a positive note the app is very fast and I haven't experienced any bugs. Always reliable. However, the app needs to be updated. Can't login with a fingerprint. User experience is terrible. Getting card statements is a lengthy process that takes nearly 10 taps to get the card statement. You cannot save the card, have to type in the card number every time you make a payment. App layout is bad everything packed up to the front page it's confusing. Hope the next update will fix the issue.

paying my own dfcc credit card via their wallet app is very inconvenient. have to enter all the values including the credit card number and the amount. and the amount needed to pay is not available in the payment section, have to navigate to the statement to find that. even the cc summary section doesn't show the due amount.

I experienced app getting stuck half of the way while making the transaction during this month including today. any reason? is this a bug or something wrong with my phone? also the seasonal updates with snowflakes falling makes it bit disturbing to double check the account numbers entered while making a transaction. specially since this is a banking app clear visibility on account numbers are very important
