Pros: Useful features that were, prior to this app, difficult to use in Android OS. Larger links, text, etc. prevent accidental blanking of unsaved forms (e.g., detailed ticket instructions aren't deleted when selecting wrong dropdown menu while trying to scroll up.) No longer have to toggle view Desktop on / off in Chrome browser to get certain things, like links, to work. Cons: can't change Desktop and unable to scroll down summary: Would def. reccommend to users w/o dedicated PC on hand

Needs authentication persistence, biometric access, and notifications. The app regularly signs me out of our tenant, so I'm regularly prompted to sign back in again. No biometric access which adds to the frustration. Additionally, I don't get any push notifications about ticket/task creation, assignments, etc. Until those are resolved, the app doesn't have any purpose for me.
