The new update of this app totally changed the user interface & it's not good. The old version was easy to use, understandable, & it was easy to see your data. This new version is very hard to log in, to the point I might as well just used the website. I don't consider face recognition secure. The old code login was secure and simple. It's hard to find where to transfer $$, access your credit score & associated data, or to just find hours of operation. Please change it back?

I haven't been able to open it for the last 2 days. Anyone else having that issue? Other than that, I was a little disappointed that it was so easy to get into after the update. I felt that having to "jump thru hoops" to get in made it so much more secure than any other app I had. Even my hubby couldn't figure out all the security passwords/symbols, which made me feel secure that it would be difficult for a hacker to access.

I've enjoyed over 20 years of excellent service on the phone and at the branches. Online banking is easy ... awesome I find the app to be extremely user friendly and it works well. I have never had any issues. Transfers are super easy and I really like being able to acces my credit score. There is so much helpful information there. Great job Telhio π π πππβ€οΈ
