I've been trying to reset my pasword for at least 3 weeks and everytime I type in my email it says that it has sent the link, except, it never does. I tried using the chat bot and its no good either. I've already tried using the internet link. Same thing happens as with the app and the chatbot. Yes, I did review the spam folder, many times in fact. I already sent the email with my info too, and that's how I know you guys are having issues with some features. Update: Its been fixed. Thank you!

Lousy. For such a big company (and a technological one at that), one would think they would invest a bit more on the ways to interact and make things easier for its customers, but no. I haven't been able to use the app in over three months, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Have also struggled with the website. No way of checking balance or make payments. I definitely have had to pay the way it has been done for 30 years (physically or by phone). Way to go!
