The app formally known as Skale is unreliable. Connection issues, software glitches, network infrastructure etc its all terrible! Imagine having mandatory work requirements and being unable to complete it because of reasons outside of your control. That's what it's like to utilize the Upduo App in your work environment. I don't recommend it for anything. I highly encourage other methods of coaching and training before you settle for this program.

Literally the worst work mandatory experience I've ever had. It takes forever to match with anyone (I've had to wait up to 30 minutes sometimes). When you do, you have a 25% chance of the audio/video working. It's waiting function is an absolute joke as it doesn't even notify you when you actually match with someone; it only sends a notification telling you that you didn't get to in time after the fact. Why make an application that doesn't even work when your not even running ads is beyond me.

Literally the worst app I've ever used. I can barely ever connect with another person, and I know for certain (100% sure) that it's not my connection. I have never experienced this problem with Zoom. Also, I haven't learned a single thing on any of the sessions. This app is the biggest waste of my time. And I just learned that you have to continue to do these sessions, in perpetuity until you quit, which makes me want to quit.
