To use the Think Bank – Think Online app, you must be enrolled as a Think Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

The app is good, but not great. Money transfers from savings to checking are easy and quick. But, the transaction syncing with the bank is terrible. More often than not, I get "Synch Failed" when refreshing my balance. It's disappointing. But, overall, I love banking with Think Bank. The people are great.

The new app is okay. My biggest complaint is that it logs you out immediately if you change apps. For example, this means you can't switch over to the calculator app or another banking app without having to log back in. You can't do split screen either. This makes it more secure, but also frustrating. People are used to looking for the logout button (just read the other reviews). I do appreciate being able to view my Visa balance along with other accounts!

Sure, it's flashier than the old app, but it's certainly not more useful. They've removed the option for cross-account transfers, like others have stated, and I can't see a reason for it. The information layout is cumbersome at best, and information that used to be at-a-glance is now hidden in swipable cards. This is a surprisingly-disappointing move on TMB's part.
