- Didn't get the confirmation email. - Couldn't find the place to log in to check my ticket on the website. - downloaded the app to try log in but app wouldnt open (first asked me to clear all cache from the app, then forced closed). How many loops do I have to jump through just to get a boat ticket? So dated in terms of UI design. Very frustrating. I should have ordered an Uber instead.

I hope I could give zero star. The app always force closed. I tried it in different devices. The result is same. And I used their website to book the ticket. Their website also has a lot of issue. I guess their IT department is already gone and no one manage the tech stuff. I strongly recommend you to go to their ticket office to buy the ticket if u really need to travel with turbojet. Good luck to u.
