Rating after a 1 year usage. Initially, app was too good to be true. No issues with withdrawal, daily interest etc. Then comes the lock in period and everything becomes a hassle. Now I have locked in my amount for 3 months for which the maturity date was 4th July, but it's 5th July and my amount is still locked in. Raised a complaint and there is still not response. Adding to your response: I have sent an email to you with the details.

I am not getting an option to withdraw my 50K after the maturity date(which is 2nd July). I want my money back. After this incident, I am having doubts on the credibility of this app. Shared the details on email as requested. Now, the amount is showing in Non lock-in but not getting the option to withdraw the complete amount. It's to frustrating. My trust is completely broken from your app. I need my money back asap.

After maturity at 2nd July, 2024, I cannot withdraw any amount till now. I have contacted at their email, they advised to reinstall the application and shared this with their email taking the screen video. But then no response. This is surely harming their credibility. My reference no. 1579062. Edit1: the issue has been resolved within 1 day, the service representative called and assure me to solve this as soon as possible and yes I can withdraw whatever I want. Thanks for the cooperation.
