This app is kind of what I am after, but before I purchase I have a few concerns. I cannot delete any feedback or employees? I made a few test ones but now stuck with them unless I archive them? The app does not support holding space bar to move cursor. *Update: issues addressed swiftly, and great communication from the Udex team to address my concerns. No instructions on how use this app. Setting has no option to delete account info/close it out. Not user friendly! You can't edit anything!! No help hotline!
