Wow!!! I am amazed at the reviews. I myself have had a couple of problems with this particular app. But one thing I have started doing is after every survey or test, I uninstall the app until the next survey or test (which tends to be weeks, even months apart). I haven't had a problem since. I'd give this app more stars, but people are having issues with this app and that doesn't sit well with me.

I put the phone down for 10 minutes and the survey couldn't resume. It just had the spinning wheel. I restarted my phone, retry from the survey conductor's link, and always eventually ended up back at the spinning wheel. This is a waste of time because I already spent time during the first half of the survey. I have to uninstall the app and won't be able to finish the survey. Update: Turns out you have to wait a very long time for the wheel. I waited for minutes. Was able to finish the survey.

Writing yet another review about the same bug I've written about before. It is NOT test specific. It has occurred over three separate tests. It has nothing to do with the actual test and everything to do with the app. Again, every time a test requires you to navigate to a site and opens it, you see the little arrow with instructions for a moment and then it disappears. No way to proceed with survey after that.
