So I played this one after the first game. The puzzles seem easier and more simplistic. It took my maybe 5.5 hours to finish the first game (guestimating because I didn't finish it all in one go but over a course of a couple days). This game took me 2.5 hours and I did it all in one go including the forest chapter. The storyline is sweet, especially seeing totem, and the ending is nice. The art seems a bit more simple than the first. Overall I liked playing it. It was nice to continue the story.

Dropped a star because updates got my hopes up, but no new content was added. Like the first one, the graphics and sound are beautiful, but this one is much less challenging, with much shorter levels, and quicker to complete overall. Putting a second object into the puzzles should have opened a lot more options. Disappointing for the money spent. I really hope a free, or very cheap, update is in the works!

This was a beautiful and sweet experience, but definitely not as challenging as the first. Where the first game remains firmly abstract, with a mysterious and sometimes slightly dark atmosphere; this sequel goes stronger on the narrative, which is cute if familiar and predictable, and in less alien settings with real-world references in the level architecture. As a result, it feels rather less monumental. But still beautiful and fun while it lasted.
