Disconnected or timed out, then never able to connect again. I get this error 110 message, and I was probably up to my last survey question. very frustrating. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still says to try the link in the email which I keep going and it doesn't let me go back to the survey again. the camera and microphone seem to work if it won't save my survey or let me go back to the beginning it's not much of a help.

I absolutely love using validately. I feel like I help make a difference in the world by giving my feedback and also getting paid to do so. They clients are always so nice and truly value your opinion. They are always so welcoming of your good and negative feedback to help improve their products. I cant think of a better way to add to my rainyday funds than by being a part of the Validately panel..

Starting to wonder if this is a scam business. First test was done and paid out great. Second test scheduled and then cancelled due to an issue from their side. Rescheduled and almost 2 weeks later no correspondence from them regarding the test or payout which is supposed to happen within 7 days. Can't log into my profile either. Emailed them about 5 times. No response. Tried chatting to support on their website... 18hours later and still no response. Think twice before maybe wasting your time
