This app is bad. They have pulled a page from TD banks playbook and structure purchases to increase the amount of money they make from overdraft fees. Do not rely on the apps ability to keep a balance. It is not accurate. I've lost count of how many times pending purchases have magically disappeared and then reappeared. Only ever happens in my pleasure account I keep a low balance in. They will deny it of course. But.

This app lies to you about the available balance of your account. This causes you to spend more than you have when the app shows all transactions but does not update the balance. This causes you to go into the negative while being told you have an available balance. I even signed paperwork to decline transactions that would put me into the negative, but the system lies and approves. Nefcu died when they joined the other bank. It removes pending to add money already spent, then overdrafts you.

They should allow for longer passphrases if people are inclined towards more complex combinations. Otherwise, I haven't explored it enough to really give much of an analysis of the utility of the app. The quick balance is really useful & the fact that you can choose any of your accounts to be displayed that way is awesome. Quite useful if you are about to make a purchase, but want to make sure that you won't overdraft. It would be nice if you could separate out the balance minimum & any portions of your funds that cannot be spent, into a separate heading entirely...or just display the Available Funds first & the Total balances secondarily.
