This app has really gone down in flames recently. It's incredibly difficult to get it to even boot up, much less get the daily spin. A few times I've even resorted to rebooting my phone to get it to open and work correctly. Not even sure if it helps because sometimes it'll boot right away but mostly it will take several attempts. It really feels like this app has been left to rot. It was last updated Jan 12th.

I've had this app on my phone for some time and never had an issue. Recently, it had trouble loading which has happened before. I would simply close the app reopen and would work. Now when I try to open it prompts me sign back in but won't accept my email. Says it found an account through Facebook but when I try to login with that does not let me. Haven't been able to get in for about a week or so and no way to contact support. Will probably end up uninstalling. Lost everything I had saved up

Garbage! I’d been saving up rolls for years and I also had several e-gift cards on their platform because that’s how they do it. They changed how you could login through FB and will not return emails on linking their new system to my old account. If someone from their team reaches out to me and fixes this I’ll change it but so far a 0 on customer service and taking all I had built up and won.
