The app said my order was canceled, seems that was an error. The company's phone number or live chat is not working which made me begin to worry, however, the driver called me and ended up arriving, he was polite, patient and very well mannered and checked off my goods with me. I absolutely loved the service of this driver and I received all my goods, the meats and such was still cold as well. I just wish customer service was better.

The app is okay but very poor customer service.. I made my order and paid have been trying to get intouch with them for the last 3 days to confirm my payment and no response.. They never answer the number provided and nobody responds to the online chat.. I'm very disappointed and I won't be using their service again.

Very poor. I ordered almost 3 weeks now, and despite my attempts, have received zero communication and I have yet to receive my order. Good customer service would be to advise me that my order is delayed, and advise the new date. I am very displeased.
