Love photo editing? Multi Layer is a full featured photo editor able to edit and compose images in multiple layers. It supports selection tool (manual and magic wand tool) to selective editing brightness, contrast, saturation, hue and RGB color levels.
And of course you'll also be able to apply lots of automatic filters to your pictures and decorate them adding text, hundreds of picture frames, stickers and overlays.
Edited pictures may be shared and saved as PNG files (supports transparency) and also as standalone projects (.multilayerphoto). It integrates a file explorer able to load&save pictures locally or even in your Local Network (WiFi LAN).

This app is able to do any photo editing action: edit each layer independently, superimpose layers, blend modes, background eraser with transparency, magic wand to select and edit eye color, red eye, whitening, ..., create amazing effects such as flip and superimpose a mirror image, create collages, watermark overlay, ...

I have been using Multi Layer Photo for, more 3 years now. The free version of this application doesn't place ads by editing tools like a few of this apps competitors I appreciate this. I only saw ads after saving my progress. Paid version is the best deal around for what you get with this. I can edit NSFW content with it, some competing apps don't allow this. Only complaint is clone stamp tool can be buggy when zoomed in on single Pixels and I have to start new projects every time.

Works pretty darn good I think I tried Adobe at one time on my phone and it was just too big an app for the phone to handle. this is manageable and I keep learning a bit. maybe I wish I could do more vectory-ish things like curvy lines but I can use a vector app for that so yeah I don't have a lot to compare it to but it's working pretty good. The more I use it the more stuff I figure out.

First of all, this looks like it will be an excellent app. After simply trying to resize my second layer oh, there is no easy and logical way to do it. It looks like it could be a fantastic Gap, however trying to find the simplest way to resize on the 2nd overlay it's not possible. It crops, but it does not resizing easily. It's an aspect ratio thing. I'm sure that if you're an engineer you'll love it. But not for the everyday average person.
