Whoop Connect, LLC (“Whoop Connect”) offers all of its services, including without limitation any website and wireless voice and data, for residential use only (collectively referred to herein as “Services”) conditioned upon your agreement that you will not use the Services or conduct activities using the Services in a manner that may expose Whoop Connect and other persons or entities to claims of civil or criminal liability or other legal sanctions or may disrupt, degrade or otherwise impair the Services.

My Wi-Fi/data services is not working properly that is connected with my WhoopConnect account and it keeps getting disconnected at home and outside and it keeps saying network servers issues, and I'm not able to use my WhoopConnect devices and apps.There's no way to resolve this issue thru the app and there's no customer support for help on the app. They need to update and resolve this issue to be able use my devices and they should also add a ways to test that network data test.

I started an account decided to go with another company because I added the amount that was necessary to pay my bill and they had spoken to me and told me that they would refund it budget was going to take 7 to 14 days I waited patiently the money never came back to my account instead it was put back into the phone web account I did not understand why it could not be returned to my bank long story short I ended up out of the money and having to pay for another month of service that wasn't needed

Terrible app. Won't let you sign in or check your password. This app doesn't do anything no matter how many times you try to get passed sign in it just does nothing. This isn't the first Whoop app that has acted like this. Seems their programmers don't know how to write a simple app. I will look for better Internet service. Any service is better than one you pay for that never works. I called customer service # about this and was told Just call in when you want to pay for service.
