Save time get a wifi access point from your carrier or turn the one on your phone on. Horrible software not only app but the router as well. No updates to router. If you connect the router to a wifi access point because they do not provide internet. And the connection drops you will have to reset the entire thing to get it to reconnect. I returned first one and lost receipt for the replacement otherwise I'd return that garbage as well.

If you're having issues with winegards update and changes I highly suggest contacting guest services they are extremely helpful and prompt to answer and come up with solutions with your problem. I threw away my manual from 2 or 3 years ago they reconnected my device to this new account for me and even called to explain how to get my account back and running. This app isn't that bad once you get it setup. I can say it is slow but you don't play on it abunch

The app and the router are abysmal. They're simply the worst devices to set up and use. One of the very first customers to purchase latest 5G router in Canada, and it doesn't work at all after months of trying to work things out with tech support. Emails back and forth and literally dozens of hours on the phone with support. It went all the way to having engineers check network towers, and still no solution. Save your money! Use your phone or get starlink or an AP from your carrier.
