this game is awesome. everyone talking about not understanding the game just doesn't know how to do something without someone holding their hand. trial and error is a normal part of rougelike games. I enjoy the graphics, the gameplay is fun and the controls are decent and runs can last from five minutes to however long you're able to live, you get portals and every 5 floors an exit to town option

Great game, love the grinding, but they explain nothing to you, not even item effects. If they added a system of hints or tips, plus a description of what your equipment does, this game would go farther, and also when I try to release a body from the morgue via the power release, I never actually receive anything, please fix. 6-3-23 Also not able to use magic for some reason.

Game is well-made, runs well, and looks incredible. But fighting enemies, the core game mechanic, feels horrible. Enemy attacks are poorly telegraphed, you cannot tell how one will behave before you approach, and they will instantly damadge you from any angle (a big deal because of the limited grid based controls) Essentially you're discouraged from attacking enemies and when forced to it feels bad and unfair. Further amplified by small mistakes causing death and forcing restarts.
