A pretty basic mobile app. with simple features and easy to use. You can't get in a traffic jam here. In mobile app it's difficult to add external accounts like another bank. Desktop is better for merging external accounts. WNB is always upgrading the mobile features, some banks do occasionally.

The Woodlands National Bank app is very user friendly. I go to school several hours from the closest branch of Woodlands, but with the mobile banking app I am able to take care of everything as I need. The mobile check cashing is amazing! You have to call the bank to enable this feature on your mobile account, but it takes 3 minutes, and was no hassle whatsoever. This app is a very BIG feature for such a small bank.

Love the app and normally have no issues. However after this last update, i cant even log on to it. Im not locked out of my account, changed my password but still cant log on with the app. I cant even use the website. Please fix this! I have a android phone not sure if its doing it on other phones.
