ignore these people. if you've used a 3D printer, you will find the basics of the app intuitive. connected easily. I am not sure how anyone had problems in that area. i did run into the issue of it stopping mid but I'll assume i walked away with my phone and lost communication. since you REALLY shouldn't run this grimey machine unattended, just a computer and delete the app. this machine is one of a kind... like who will even claim responsibility for making it? seriously, who makes this thing?

Read the permissions you give it!!!! The thing mentions "necessary" permissions it requires. If you take 5 minutes to read, you'll see that it wants access to your phone's memory and camera. I don't trust it much

Terrible app. I returned my engraver due to the lack of technology the wainlux 30W engraver and app have to offer. This is 2022 and neither machine or designated app work well together. If I could zero the star rating I would.
