Ratings and reviews

Seriously need to stop telling users to update the app. I am logging into the app to check the status of my system, not to be hit with an "update wall". This compromises the security. This is a big deal. 4 stars for now... (cause of the good hardware). Who even knows if the've added support for multiple devices via one account email.

One of the few third party manufacturer apps that simply do what they are supposed to, with great performance. I'm using this with the mailbox notifier, and it works perfectly. It would be nice if there was an open API, but the base station does use an esp32. I'm sure that will eventually happen, so people don't need to flash Tasmota. Instead, I'm using Tasker on my phone to notify my server when the app pops up a notification. It's a bit circuitous but it works.

Smart Security Camera. The app started out great except sent too many alerts. I started the free 30 day subscription which has enhanced features including an activity zone but now I receive no alerts at all (camera will record movement). Clearing the cache and reinstalling the app made matters worse as the camera records movement outside the activity zone, and I'm still not receiving alerts. Unless I hear from customer service soon, I'll have no option but to send the camera back.

What's new

3. The STH51 thermo-hygrometer has expanded its temperature range from the previous -20°C to 60°C, to the new range of -40°C to 60°C.
