UPDATE 10/3/2019: This is the least user-friendly and buggy app I've ever used. I have no idea what to press and what anything does. It freezes my phone and is a nightmare navigation wise. It's 2019 and Pens can't find someone who can make an app that actually works... Update: Still completely ignoring the users. Bravo. From the reviews, you've failed miserably! 👏👏👏... And where are the pens points?!

I just tried purchasing tickets. The app errored out but definitely made sure to process my credit card. Do not try to use this app to buy tickets, just go online and handle it there. Even when I was able to buy the tickets, the app keeps crashing and won't let me view the barcodes for them to be scanned. This is honestly a nightmare.

The pens predictor function on the app doesn't work, so I deleted the pensapp and downloaded the NHL app. The NHL app is far superior, you can pick and choose the games you want updates on and you can listen to radio broadcast. That means you can listen to Mike Lange call a Penguins game in real time. There are no bugs or flaws in this app and I highly recommend it.
