They're the worst,poor communication and rude couriers 😏I've been trying to reach them for a week but never pick my calls yet keep sending me useless messages that my parcel is on the way then cancel in the evening

I hv very bad experience with this 2 year ago also I had prob with this and this tym also I order from temu my order dispatch but j&t express dilevry guys not responding and there no always s.of more then 1 week I got call that my order will reache in 30 mnt but after that 30 mnt didn't come still I don't know where is my order n when I will recive. Costumer service also not responding 😒 dont know where to call n with whom to check about my parsal its really horrible experience.

Im waiting for my order and was trying to contact the delivery guy but he is cutting my call. So annoying.
