Only app on my phone that's super slow to open. Always with an error message when your navigating though the app. Also, kinda pointless as you still need to visit the kiosh/membership counters to get more information about anything on the app for promotions.

Horrible app 2 days I have tried to use this app as they have a promotion wherein 10 points you can get a shop and play voucher for 10 PEOPLE only which they never informed on their promotion(disclaimer: while supplies last according to them). I want to use their promotion for today but it seems 24 hours have lapsed and until now they cant fix their app, when in fact their website is working perfectly! Wasted my day to wait for their promotion. Been using this app since beta testing and it sucks!

Please fix your app as I am at RWM and I do not understand why it needs a fingerprint/pin authentication and then it crashes. I am having problems with claiming my GC vouchers because your app is slow, and also your wifi here is as slow as a turtle. I had to look for a decent spot just to open this app to claim my entitlement! Also no free parking even if youre a player here!!!!
