The Online Mail app offers the most important information about mail services right in your eyes. Each component offers intuitive operation and user-friendly features:

Automatic loading of shipments
The shipment loads itself into the mobile app based on the shipment contact you entered.

Package tracking
Keep track of the movement of your shipment. With important information in detail:
- pickup code,
- the time of consignment,
- estimated time of delivery,
- amount of cash on delivery, etc.

Order cards
Appka will notify you after entering the serial card that you are next.

Customer cards
Upload your Customer Cards to the app, where you use them fully instead of the plastic ones.

Czech POINT
Order at Czech POINT for a specific time to avoid waiting in line.

Search for branches
Simply find out detailed information about any branch:
- address,
- opening hours,
- capacity utilization,
- services available, etc.

Ratings and reviews

My only issue with the app is that disposition changes to my packages take too long to be processed and sometimes they don't take effect at all. Such as changing home delivery to pick-up at a post office instead the next day. It's only a minor inconvenience and that's why I've still given it 5 stars. Other than that, I've been using the app frequently to track packages, calculate shipping costs, fill in package info online and find post codes or post offices and I'm very happy with it!

Great improvement for Czech Post services! Finally Pošta works like 21st century company. If I might wish anything it would be a button for archiving directly at the page with tracking overview. Now I have to open menu an click on archive. One click less would be convenient.

As bad as all other post office services - notification are super late, you can only automatically match packages via mail address or phone number, which can be on the package, but post office does not bother to scan it.
