Ratings and reviews

The app is very user-friendly. However, very frequently there are problems with "custom practice". Few questions have incorrect solutions but correct explanation, meaning there's some mismatch of option no. Also there's no way to clear response and the question/option text is selectable. For some reason there are one to two biology or chemistry questions within physics practice. Same for other subjects.

Dear Allen Digital Team, I have been using Allen Digital for the past six months, and I have noticed some issues that need to be resolved at the earliest, as they waste a lot of my time and little time is left for my exam. 1. The app lags frequently. At times, it gets stuck on certain interfaces and takes a long time to connect. 2.There is no direct option to move to the next video within the same player. 3. Firstly I thought that is it the real Allen app as there are very few videos regarding this app on YouTube. So I asked one of my senior so he said that allen don't involve in marketing or advertising rather students go there by themselves. So , after buying a course I thought it will be good or not but to me, I have a very good experience after using it.
